How to Play
Spacewar! is a classic two-player space combat game featuring Newtonian physics. Navigate your ship around a central star's gravity well while trying to destroy your opponent with torpedoes. Be careful not to crash into the star or run out of torpedoes!
Player 1 (Blue)

Game Mechanics
- Newtonian Physics:Ships maintain momentum - there's no friction in space!
- Gravity Well:The central star pulls all objects toward it
- Limited Torpedoes:Each ship starts with 8 torpedoes
- Hyperspace:Emergency teleport with 10% chance of destruction and 5-second cooldown
- Screen Wrap:Objects leaving one edge appear on the opposite side
Tips
- Use the star's gravity to slingshot around and gain speed
- Lead your shots - torpedoes are affected by gravity too!
- Conserve torpedoes - you only get 8 per round
- Use hyperspace as a last resort - it's risky!
- Master orbital mechanics to outmaneuver your opponent
